    Peppered Por k Tenderloin

    1 whole Tyson® Fresh Tenderloin, about 1 pound
    2 teaspoons lemon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    or 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper



    1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash hands. Mix seasonings in small bowl. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over tenderloin. Place in shallow roasting pan. Wash hands.

    2. Roast tenderloin 15 to 20 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

    Serving Suggestion: Serve with herb-and-butter pasta and a tossed salad. Refrigerate leftovers.
