    Pork Chops with Sauerkraut and Apples

    1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pork Chops
    1 can (16 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Caraway Seed (optional)
    4 pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick
    2 cooking apples, peeled and cored, cut in eigths




    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan. Place sauerkraut and onions in bag. Sprinkle with caraway seed, if desired.

    2. Trim excess fat from pork chops. Coat pork chops with Seasoning Blend and place on top of sauerkraut. Arrange apple wedges around pork chops.

    2. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag and serve.
