Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin

1 Tyson® Fresh Tenderloin, about 1 lb., cut crosswise into 1/2-inch medallions
2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried black thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1. Wash hands. Combine tarragon, thyme, black and cayenne pepper and a dash of salt in small bowl; blend well.
2. Brush both sides of each pork tenderloin piece with margarine; sprinkle both sides with seasoning mixture. Arrange tenderloin pieces on broiler pan. Wash hands.
3. Broil tenderloin 5 to 6 inches from heat 2 minutes per side. Remove from broiler. Brush top side of each piece with honey. Broil an additional minute or until done (internal temp 155°F).
Serving Suggestion: Serve with baked sweet potatoes and steamed green beans. Refrigerate leftovers.
