    Source of Recipe

    Judy
1 pkg. (8oz.) spaghetti, cooked and drained (I have used ziti also)
    2 T. butter or margarine
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 24 oz. container of ricotta (I use fat free) or cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef (I use the 93% variety)
1 jar chunky garden style pasta sauce (28 to 32 oz) or whatever sauce you prefer
1 pkg. (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
Brown the ground beef, drain and add pasta sauceand heat to bubbling.
Combine the hot spaghetti with the butter, coating the spaghetti with the butter. Add ½ cup Parmesan cheese and stir to coat. Put spaghetti in pan in an even layer. Spread ricotta cheese on spaghetti. Sprinkle on ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese. Spoon the ground beef mixture over the cheeses. Top with the Mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or til cheese is lightly browned.
