    Strawberry Jello with Walnuts

    Judy's Recipe
    3 c. Boiling water
    4 small boxes of strawberry jello
    2 16 oz. packages of Frozen Strawberries (thawed)
    1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 pint sour cream

    Disolve the jello in the boiling water. Add thawed strawberries, pineapple With JUICE, and walnuts. Put half of the mixture in a 9x13 pan and refridgerate until firm. Spread sour cream on top. Carefully spoon the rest of the strawberry liquid mixture on top and refrigerate to set.

    (Note) Once the first 1/2 of the mixture is set, you might want to put the second 1/2 of the mixture in the refrigerator for a bit so that it's good and cold before you spoon it over the sour cream to keep the sour cream from melting.
