    Sun-Dried Tomato and Cottage Cheese Dip

    Makes 8 servings.

    2 cups low-fat, cream style cottage cheese
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp oil packed tomatoes, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp fresh basil, or 2 tsp dried basil
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape sides. Serve with green, red and yellow pepper squares, or other fresh veggies such as celery, zucchini, or carrot sticks.
