    Kiwifruit Buttermilk Buster

    Makes 4 servings.

    3 cups low-fat buttermilk

    2 kiwifruit, pared and sliced

    Ice cubes


    Recipe

    Pour buttermilk into blender or food processor. Peel kiwifruit and add to blender. Process until smooth; pour over ice cubes and serve.
