    Makes 1 loaf (12 slices).

    2 cups flour

    1 cup sugar*

    1-1/2 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp baking soda

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/4 cup margarine, softened

    1 egg

    1/2 cup orange juice

    1/2 cup raisins

    1 cup dried cranberries

    Cooking spray

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add margarine, egg, and orange juice. Mix well. Fold in raisins and cranberries. Pour batter into pan and bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until browned.
