    Makes 4 servings.

    8 ounces lean ham, cut into 4 slices

    1 Tbsp maple syrup

    In a large skillet, heat syrup over medium heat. Add ham, and grill until lightly browned, about 2 minutes, on both sides. Serve with French toast.
