    Barbequed Spare Ribs

    List of Ingredients

    Bake 5 lbs. country pork ribs in a 9x13x2" pan, all by
    themselves at 350 deg. for 45 to 60 min. Drain.


    Sauce:
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    ground pepper to taste
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 lemon sliced thin
    dash of Tabasco

    Recipe

    While spareribs are baking, mix remaining ingredients and simmer. Add sauce to spareribs, baste frequently. Bake at 350 deg. until ribs are tender and sauce thickens.
