List of Ingredients

1 can red water packed pitted cherries
1 loaf frozen white bread - let rise as instructed or
1 loaf Country White Bread dough
Roll out and put in greased 9x13x2" pan.


Topping:
Beat 1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour. Add evaporated milk until right
consistancy to pour.


Crumbs:
Scant c. sugar (more than 3/4 c.)
Scant c. flour
1/2-3/4 stick butter and equal amount oil until it balls.
Bake at 375 deg. 30-45 min.


Recipe

Pour topping onto dough. Sprinkle with crumbs. Top with 1 can drained pitted water packed cherries if desired.
