    Crawfish Monica

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 stick butter
    1 pint half & half
    1 bunch green onions sliced thin
    4 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. Creole season or to taste
    1 lb. cooked pasta shells

    Recipe



    Cook pasta, rinse with cool water, drain. Melt butter in

    a large pot. saute onions and garlic 3 min. Add half &

    half and Creole season. Cook 5-10 min over med. heat until

    sauce thickens. Add crawfish the last three min. Add pasta

    and toss well. Serve with french bread.
