2 lbs. ground beef
1 med onion
1-11 oz. can of refried beans
1 med. tomato
1/3 c. parsley
4 Tbsp. salsa
1 Tbsp. oregano
1-1/2 tsp. cummin
1-1/2 c. black olives sliced
16 flour tortillas
Vegetable oil for frying
Grated cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Cut tomato
Sour cream
Recipe
Brown beef and onion in skillet. Remove from heat and add refried beans,tomato, parsley, salsa, oregano, cummin and half the olives. Mix well. Heat tortillas for easy handling. Spoon in filling and roll, folding sides. Secure with toothpick. Fry in 1-1/2 inch of oil until golden brown. Serve with salsa, sour cream, olives, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
