    Recipe Introduction

    Use Country White Bread recipe for fresh dough.

    List of Ingredients

    Three loaves frozen white bread dough let rise or
    Three loaves Country White Bread dough recipe
    1 large head cabbage shredded
    3-4 onions chopped
    1-2 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1-1/2 lbs. hamburger

    Recipe

    Brown hamburger, onions and garlic. Add cabbage a little at a time.Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook until tender. Let cool. Roll out dough. Cut into squares (9 to 12 per loaf). Fill with kraut mixture. Fold up corners and pinch together. Place in generously greased 9x13x2" pan upside down. (roll buns in grease first). Let raise another 15 min. Bake at 400 deg. for 20-25 min. until golden brown.
