    Mustard and Beer Glazed Bratwurst

    1 12oz. bottle beer

    2 lbs. bratwurst

    1/4 c. country-style Dijon mustard

    Recipe



    Prepare grill. In a deep 10-inch skillet over med-high heat, bring

    beer to a boil. Meanwhile, prick each sausage several times with a

    fork. Add sausages to beer; reduce heat to low; simmer, uncoverd, 8

    to 10 min. turning occasionally. Using a slotted spoon, remove sausages

    to plate. Remove 1/4 c. cooking liquid to small bowl. Stir mustard

    into cooking liquid; set aside. Place sausages on grill; brush with

    mustard sauce. Grill 10 to 15 min. turning and basting frequently.
