Porcupine Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. grund beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg beaten
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 package spaghetti sauce mix
2 cans tomato sauce
2 c. water
Recipe
Combine first six ingredients and form 16 meatballs 1" dia.
Brown meatballs. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over
meatballs. Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
