    Veal in Lemon Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 lb. veal round steak 1/2" thick
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. vegtable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice



    Recipe

    Cut veal into 4 servings. Pound until 1/4" thick. Coat with flour, Shake off excess. Heat 2 Tbsp. of the butter and the oil over med. heat in a 12" skillet until hot. Cook veal until tender and brown, about 4 min. each side. Remove veal to serving plater. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. butter in skillet until melted. Stir in lemon juice. Pour over veal. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsely and lemon if desired.
