    2 Tbsp. butter

    1-1/2 Tbsp. flour

    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion

    1-1/2 c. tomato juice

    1 c. milk

    Recipe



    Saute onion. Add flour and cook 1 min. Slowly add tomato

    juice Add milk. Cook until thickened.
