    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
    • 1 lb. cleaned med. shrimp
    • 2 red peppers,cut into 1 1/2 in. chunks
    • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil


    Instructions


    1. Mix oil,vinegar,and salad dressing mix in cruet or small bowl as directed on envelope. Pour over shrimp in shallow dish;cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Drain;discard dressing.
    2. Thread shrimp and peppers alternately on skewers.
    3. Place on greased grill over hot coals. Grill 5-6 min. on each side or until pink. Sprinkle with basil.
