    Pork Tenderloin with Ginger Pear Chutney

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. lean pork tenderloin
    • 2 small pears
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • 2 Tbsp sugar free mango chutney
    • 1 tsp ginger root
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth


    Instructions


    1. Slice pork into 1 in. slices,brown in olive oil with garlic and salt and pepper. Add pears,chicken broth,mango chutney. Simmer until sauce thickens and pears softened,and until pork is desired doneness.
