    List of Ingredients


    • 2 mangoes,peeled,pitted,and diced
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar-free vanilla fat-free or low-fat yogurt
    • Ice cubes


    Instructions


    1. Puree mangoes in blender. Add yogurt and 4-5 ice cubes; blend until thick and smooth,about 30 sec. Pour into glasses and serve.
    2. 4 servings (1 cup)
