    Delicious Cheesy Tomatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large,ripe and firm tomato
    • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
    • 1/4 cup each of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses shredded
    • Italian seasoning,to taste
    • Garlic salt,to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cut the large tomato in half and scoop out the insides.
    2. Mix together all of the cheeses and spices until well combined. You will have to experiment with the ratio of the cheeses and spices to see what you like best!
    3. Spoon mixture into the tomato halves and put on a cookie sheet in the oven.
    4. Watch to see when the insides melt. Mixture will start to liquify.
    5. When mixture is liquified,turn the oven to broil and broil until the tops are lightly browned.
    6. Take outh of the oven and enjoy with a fork,or with your hands!
    7. 1 serving
