List of Ingredients
- 1 large,ripe and firm tomato
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup each of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses shredded
- Italian seasoning,to taste
- Garlic salt,to taste
Instructions
- Cut the large tomato in half and scoop out the insides.
- Mix together all of the cheeses and spices until well combined. You will have to experiment with the ratio of the cheeses and spices to see what you like best!
- Spoon mixture into the tomato halves and put on a cookie sheet in the oven.
- Watch to see when the insides melt. Mixture will start to liquify.
- When mixture is liquified,turn the oven to broil and broil until the tops are lightly browned.
- Take outh of the oven and enjoy with a fork,or with your hands!
