List of Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese(1/4 cup)
- 1 garlic clove,minced
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts,drained
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Assorted whole-grain crackers
Instructions
- Blend cream cheese,mayo,milk,cheese,garlic,and hot pepper sauce in a food processor until smooth. Add artichokes and pulse until well combined but still chunky.
- Transfer to a microwave-safe serving dish. Microwave on med. heat until heated through,turning once or twice,about 5 min. Stir in lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers.
