Green Beans with Mushrooms and Balsamic

- 1 lb. green beans,trimmed
- 1 Rbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 ozs. white mushrooms,sliced
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook green beans in a saucepan of salted boiling water until crisp-tender,about 4 min. Drain.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until browned,about 5 min. Add green beans and vinegar;season to taste with salt and pepper,toss to combine, and serve warm.
