List of Ingredients



• 1 stick butter softened
  
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
  
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
  
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 1 teaspoon allspice
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1 cup applesauce
  
• 2 large eggs
  
• 1 cup raisins..opt..
  
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts..opt..
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350* Grease and flour 1 standard loaf pan(double recipe to make 4 mini loaves).
   
2. Cream butter and brown sugar.
   
3. Add remaining ingredients except raisins and nuts.
   
4. Mix until blended.
   
5. Stir in raisins and nuts.
   
6. Bake 50-55 minutes for 1 loaf,35-40 for mini loaves.
