    1 c. sugar
    1 c.applesauce
    1/3 c.oil
    2 eggs
    3 Tbls.milk
    2 c.flour
    1 teas.baking soda
    1/2 teas.baking powder
    1/2 teas.cinnamon
    1/4 teas.nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl,beat with mixer 1 min.Combine remaining ingredients except nuts and add to applesauce mixture beating till smooth.Stir in nuts.Spoon into greased loaf pan,bake 350* 40-45 mins.Cool in pan on rack for 10-15 mins,remove cool.
