    List of Ingredients




    2c.baking mix(bisquick),3/4c.plus 2 Tbls.sugar divided,2 eggs,1 c.sour cream,1/2teas.vanilla,1-1 1/2 c.fresh or frozen blueberries.

    Recipe



    Combine baking mix,3/4c.sugar.In another bowl the eggs and sour cream and vanilla.Stir together just till combined.Fold in berries.Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.Sprinkle with remaining sugar.Bake 375*,20-25 mins.
