    Butter Pecan Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup butter,1/2 cup heavy cream,1/2 cup sugar,1/2 cup brown sugar,1/8 teas.salt,1 cup pecans,1 teas.vanilla,2 cup powdered sugar.

    Coat 8" baking diish with pam.In pot,bring butter,cream,sugars,salt to boil on med.heat.Boil 5 mins.Remove from heat,stir in nuts,vanilla,add pow.sugar,stir till smooth.Spread in dish,cool to room temp,cut in squares.
