3lbs.deer or elk steak,flour,pepper,salt,garlic salt,1 pkg.dry onion soup mix,1 can cr.mushroom soup.

Mix dry ingred.,coat meat.Tenderize meat by pounding to 1/2" thick.Brown in frying pan.Put in crockpot with cr.mushroom soup.Cook high 1hr.Turn to low,cook 4-5hrs.
