1 red onion sliced,1 green pepper thin strips,4 med.zukes sliced unpeeled,1-16oz.can diced tomatoes undrained,1 teas.salt,1/2 teas.pepper,1/2 teas.basil,1 Tbls.butter,1/4 cup parmesan.

Combine all except butter and cheese in crockpot.Temp on low,heat 3 hrs.Dot casserole with butter,top with cheese.Cook 1 1/2 hrs.low.
