    1/2 lb.bacon,1 cup chopped onions,1/2 cup bisquick,3 eggs,1 3/4 cup milk,1/4 teas.salt,1/8 teas.pepper,1/2 cup shred cheddar or swiss.

    Oven 375*.Pam a 1 1/2 qrt.casserole.Cut bacon into 1/3's.Cook bacon till almost crisp,add onion,cook till bacon is crisp,drain.Spread bacon,onion in casserole.Beat bisquick,eggs,milk,salt,pepper till smooth.Pour over bacon,top with cheese.Bake uncovered 35 mins.
