    3 c.cooked noodles,1 1/2c.cottage cheese,2teas.dried onion,1Tbls.worcestershire,salt,3oz.grated cheddar cheese,1 clove garlic minced,1lb.crab meat.

    Mix all but cheddar cheese.Put in 9x13 baking pan,top with cheddar.Bake 325*,40 mins.
