Salmon In Dill Sauce

Serve this with new potatoes and green beans,fruit salad.


List of Ingredients




2 lb.salmon steaks,salt,pepper,butter,1 cup sour cream,1/2 teas.dill.

Melt butter in pan,cook salmon 10 mins.per inch of thickness.Turn twice,salt,pepper.When salmon is done,remove to platter.Put sour cream and dill in pan,turn off heat.When sour cream is heated thru,pour over salmon.
