2-1/2lbs.pears cored and chopped,1 can-8oz.crushed pineapple,1/2c.vinegar,1/2c.brown sugar,1 c.golden raisins,2Tbls.finely chopped candied ginger,1-1/2teas.salt,2cloves crushed garlic,1/2teas.cayenne pepper,1/2teas.ground cloves,1/2teas.cinnamon.Recipe
Combine all,bring to boil,cook and stir over low heat 30 mins,and thickened.Ladle into clean hot jars,seal.Process in water bath 10mins.
