8-1"slices of french bread cut into 1" square chunks,1t.pureed garlic,1/2 stick butter,3Tbls.olive oil,garlic salt.

Recipe



Melt butter and oil together in large saute pan.Add garlic,toss in bread.Keep tossing to get butter and oil mix onto as many sides as possible so it does'nt all soak into one side.Cook on med.-low heat till browned.Can also brown in oven on cookie sheet.While warm and moist sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
