    1lb.chick.livers,1lb.chick.gizzards,1 onion chopped,1/2 green pepper chopped,1/4teas.garlic salt,1/2teas.pepper,1/2c.cooking oil,1c.flour.

    Season chicken.Roll in 3/4c.flour,brown in hot fat.Remove meat,drain.Pour off all but 4Tbls.fat.Add 4Tbls.flour,stir to brown.Add onions,pepper.Add 2c.water,stir.Add chicken.Simmer 10-15mins. till tender.
