Chicken Paprikash
List of Ingredients
2-4 boneless skinless chick breasts,1 onion diced,2 stalks celery diced,1 pt.sour cream,1 can chick broth,1 cup flour,1 Tbls.cornstarch,3-4 teas.paprika,salt,pepper,1/4 cup olive oil.Recipe
In heavy fry pan add enough oil to cover bottom.Only put oil in hot pan.Coat chick with flour,fry till browned.In heavy pot(soup pot),put in chick,onion,celery,cook till tender.Put in broth.Mix cornstarch into sr.cream.Put this into chick stir.When chick is cooked(25-30mins.)Sprinkle paprika,cook 5 mins.Serve over noodles,biscuits,dumplings..
