List of Ingredients




2 cup cooked chop chick.,2 cloves garlic minced,1/2 cup onion chop,1/2 cup green pepper chop,2 Tbls.oil or butter,2 Tbls.flour,2 cup chicken broth,1 can mild green chillies chop,2 pts.sour cream,4 cup jack cheese grated,paprika,salt,pepper,tortillas.

Saute garlic,onion,peppers in oil till tender.Stir in flour,cook 1 min.Add chicken broth,cook till thick.Add chillies,reduce heat,add sour cream,1 cup of cheese.Stir till smooth.Dip each tortilla in sauce,place a lrg.spoonful of chicken,sauce and cheese in center of each tortilla.Roll,put in baking pan.Pour remaining sauce over all,top with remaining cheese.Bake 350*,25-30 mins.
