    1/2c.flour,2teas.paprika,1teas.pepper,1/4teas.dry mustard,3teas.salt,1cut up young chicken,1/4lb.butter.

    Mix dry ingredients in a plastic bag.Shake chicken in bag to coat.In baking pan,melt butter.Put in chick,do not crowd.Bake 350*,1 1/2-2hrs.til done.
