    A jelled vegie salad..

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup stuffed olives,1 pkg.lemon jello,3/4 cup boiling water,1-8oz.can tomato soup,2 Tbls.lemon juice,2 pkg.cream cheese,2/3 cup mayo,1 cup chop celery,1/4 cup chop onion,1/4 cup chop green pepper.

    Slice olives,arrange in oiled mold.Dissolve jello in hot water,add soup,lemon juice.Cool till thick.Mash cream cheese with fork and blend in mayo.Blend into thick jello.Combine rest of ingred.put in mold.Serve on lettuce leaf with dollop of mayo on top.
