    Serve over raw baby spinach,fresh mushrooms,hard boiled eggs,sweet red onion rings,croutons.

    List of Ingredients




    3 chopped onions,1-1/2lbs.raw bacon,2-1/2c.cold water,3/4c.sugar,1/4teas.pepper,3/4c.vinegar,4Tbls.lemon juice,3Tbls.cornstarch,3/4teas.salt.

    Recipe



    Brown bacon till well done,add onions.Saute till onions are clear.Add remaining ingred.,bring to boil.Cook 5mins.till thickened.Fridge leftover.(makes almost 1qrt.)
