    2c.uncooked corkscrew pasta,1/4c.diced green pepper,1/4c.diced red onion,2Tbls.minced fresh parsley,2Tbls.soy sauce,2Tbls.vegie oil,2Tbls.white vinegar,1teas.sugar.

    Recipe



    Cook noodles according to directions,rinse,drain,cool.Toss pasta,peppers,onion,parsley,set aside.Mix soy sauce,oil,vinegar,sugar,stir till sugar is dissolved.Pour over pasta mixture,toss.Chill 3-4hrs.stir occasionally.
