    1-3oz.pkg.lemon jello,2/3c.boiling water,2/3c.syrup from pineapple,2/3c.evaporated milk,2Tbls.vinegar,2-3oz.pkg.cream cheese,1c.chopped fine or grated carrots,2/3c.crushed pineapple drained.

    Put jello in water in blender,dissolve.Add syrup,milk,vinegar,cream cheese.Process till smooth.Pour into bowl,stir in carrots and pineapple.Pour into 2qrt.mold,chill till set.
