    Opt;fill aspic ring center with seafood salad.Variations;add;asparagus,artichoke hearts,vegies.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cup boiling water,1 pkg.lemon jello,1 can 8-oz.tomato sauce,1 1/2 Tbls.vinegar,1/2 teas.salt,1/2 teas.onion juice,1/8 teas.tobasco,2 cup diced celery,mayo.

    Recipe



    Pour boiling water over jello in bowl,dissolve.Stir in tomato sauce,vinegar,seasonings.Chill till thickened,not set.Stir in celery,pour into mold.Chill till firm.Serve with mayo.
