    List of Ingredients




    1 can(8oz.)drained sauerkraut,1 cup shredded swiss cheese,1/4cup thousand island dressing,8 slices rye bread,butter,1 can spam 8 slices.

    Recipe



    In bowl mix kraut,cheese,dressing.Spread each bread slice on one side with butter.Spead 1/2 of kraut mix on unbuttered side of 4 slices,top each with 2 slices spam.Cover with remaining kraut mix.Top with remaining bread,buttered side up.In skillet,med.heat,grill till cheese melts and bread is golden brown.
