    1 egg,1/2c.milk,1 can corn with sweet peppers...
    1 Tbls.oil,1 1/2 c.flour,1 Tbls.baking powder,1 t.salt,pepper.

    Beat egg in bowl.Stir in milk,corn,oil.Add,beat in flour,baking pow.,salt,pepper.Drop Tbls.mixture into hot oil heated to 375*.Fry till golden,2-3 mins.each side.Drain on paper towels.Serve hot(with syrup for breakfast!)
