    Recipe Introduction


    This is a very refreshing dessert.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup flour
    • 2 T. sugar
    • 1/2 cup melted oleo
    • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 3 cups + 3 T. milk
    • 1 (9 oz. ) Cool Whip
    • 2 small packagess instant psatchio pudding


    Instructions


    1. Mix flour,sugar,oleo and nuts and press in 9x13 pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside and cool about 20 minutes.
    2. Cream well the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 3 T. milk. Fold in one-half of Cool Whip and spread mixture over crust. Refrigerate while mixing next layer.
    3. Beat together 3 c. cold milk and pudding. Pour over cheese layer and refrigerate until firm.
    4. Spread remaining Cool Whip, softened, over pudding layer.
    5. Chill throughly.


    Final Comments


    Other flavor puddings may be substituted for the psatchio.
