Ingredients
2 1/2 lb Ground beef
1 3/4 C Bread crumbs
1/2 C Eggs or 2 should do it
15/16 C Water
1/3 C Ketchup
1 1/8 oz Onion mushroom soup mix
5/8 oz Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Sauce
5/8 C Ketchup
1/3 C Texas Pete Hot Sauce

Serves: 10
Time required: Prepare: 10 minutes Cook: 1 hour
Oven temperature: 350 degrees
Difficulty: Easy
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients for meat loaf in bowl with your clean hands.
3. Form into a loaf.
4. Place on baking pan.
5. Mix sauce in bowl. Spoon over the loaf.
6. Cook for 1 hour or until done.
Serve with
Make more than enough for 3 meals. Use the leftovers for sandwiches the next day, and crumble it for nachos the following day.
Mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy, crusty bread, and fruit for dessert.
Rice, asparugus, cottage cheese with fruit in it.
Variations
*Add any vegetables you like.
*Saute the vegetables to get them better tasting.
*Use grilled and smoked vegetables for a smoky better flavor.
