    this is a good breakfast treat as well as a low fat mid-day snack to get rid of any hunger!


    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 of a cup of cereal (bran cereal is better0
    • 1 cup of low fat yoghurt made from skimmed milk
    • water
    • fruit ( any fruit you like)
    • cinnamon(if you like or mixed spice)


    Instructions


    1. put cereal in a large mug or bowl and add the chopped fruit
    2. mix the skimmed milk with some water to increase the volume and thin it out a bit
    3. pour the yoghurt mixture over the cereal and fruit

    4. finish it off by sprinkling some cinnamon powder or mixed spice over the top
