    1 Cup Softened Butter
    2 Cups Sugar
    4 Eggs
    1½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
    1 teaspoon Chocolate extract
    3 cups flour, divided
    pinch of salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 pint fresh blueberries
    1 cup of almonds, chopped

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°

    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time until mixture is light and fluffy. Add the extracts. Sift 2 cups flour, salt and baking powder together. Add to the mixture and beat.

    Dredge the berries in the other cup of flour, gently fold them into the batter. Grease and dust a pan with confectioner's sugar, pour batter into it. Bake for about an hour and 15 minutes, or until it tests done.
